Apexx Styling 14-Day Return Policy

At Apexx Styling, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Products must be unused and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Returns must include the original order confirmation or proof of purchase.

  • Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized/customized products are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at apexxstyling@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if applicable).

  3. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item(s).

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
